It’s fantastic that we have been shortlisted for Large Business of the Year in The Portsmouth News Business Excellence Awards for the second year running. I’m now in my office reflecting upon what we have achieved at Langstone Technology Park over the past 12 months – and I would challenge anyone to disagree with my statement made in my award application that ‘we have defied the recession’ in what was a difficult year for many businesses we managed to hit some pretty impressive targets at Langstone:

• 98% occupancy
• 100% customer retention
• 92 % customer satisfaction (that’s 38% above the national average!)
• 12 new companies located onsite
• Increase in ‘virtual office’ customers by 600%
• 3,500 employees with access to the site
