A couple of weeks ago, the final piece of the ‘office relocation’ jigsaw went in place as bespoke artwork was installed in our new offices.
Fasset is a national property and facilities management company, providing relocation support and project delivery. As the recent case study from Project Manager, Steve Conor documented, our own office move was a project very close to our heart.
The final part of the ‘fit-out’, the artwork, is almost a story-board, documenting the history of Fasset starting with the construction of the first building at what is now Langstone Technology Park, in 1966.
The story continues as the now multi-tenanted ‘Science and Technology Park’ evolves and Fasset becomes award-winning for service delivery and business transformation in Hampshire. The company progresses at a pace, taking on additional sites across the country and delivering return on investment for underperforming property assets.
With responsibility for Marketing, over the last 18 months, I have steered the strategy down the ‘Digital’ path as engagement and communications move ahead as technology advances. Fasset has delivered bespoke websites with interactive dynamic customer engagement, vibrant content and social media capability. This gives us a competitive advantage over many organisations within facilities and property management, showcasing our move with the times.
Within this artwork we have also captured the very heart of our business with meaningful values, our team and involvement within the communities where sites are located. To successfully run a multi-tenanted business location we appreciate the importance of regional diversity and take time to understand the environment and work within that to achieve success.
