Gary Medlow - Managing Director
As Managing Director of Operations, Gary is responsible for the Operational Management of all Fasset managed properties.
Gary’s career started at IBM where he worked from 1977 to 1996 and held various management positions. He worked as Global Information Technology and Property Manager for Xyratex and most recently as the UK Managing Director for a company providing after sales service to the European IT market.
Gary is enthusiastic about business change and sees the primary role of today’s managers to facilitate change. Business process management and customer focus comes a close second.

Stuart Adamson - Finance Director
Stuart qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and has experience in a variety of business sectors including 10 years in property FM. He is focussed on the long term commercial growth of the business and driving increased shareholder value.
Stuart brings the ability to develop financial solutions for clients which will meet their financial objectives. He is responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes for the commercial aspects for collecting and auditing the rental and service charge recovery.

Mitch Avis - Strategic Account Manager
Mitch has general responsibility for the operational accounts covering mobilisation, programme management and interim management.
Mitch joined Fasset in 2006 having previously worked for several blue chip companies including 12 years in Serco, a leading global service provider. Prior to this, Mitch has held senior management positions in both operational and business development capacities.
Mitch brings a number of key skills including project management covering both commercial and technical areas.

Michael Cripps - Finance Manager
Michael is a qualified CIMA Accountant, who completed his training with an International retailer. As part of the training programme, he was actively moved around a number of finance functions, including financial accounting, supply chain and commercial. He subsequently moved to another International FMCG brand and held the role of Group Commercial Finance Manager, directly supporting the decision making of three Executive directors. He has a hands-on approach, in order to understand the business and this allows him to add value strategically and operationally.

. Steve Connor - Project Manager
Steve is an accomplished Executive Manager with extensive experience in the management of major property portfolios and the delivery of a broad range of change management and accommodation projects.
Steve has operated in a variety of challenging roles, ranging from European Real Estate Operations Manager for a leading blue chip technology company, through to Operations Director for a French multi-national organisation. Key achievements have been the successful delivery of a variety of customer focused projects, ranging in value from £3million to £30million, and the turnkey responsibility for the development of, and managing the implementation of, a new accommodation strategy for 12,000 staff at a major UK company.

Debbie Jenkins - HR Manager
Debbie is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is responsible for ensuring the company’s practices and policies are compliant with employment legislation and best practice.
Since joining Fasset in 2008, Debbie brings professionalism, commercial awareness and drive to the Human Resources function and is enjoying working in a new sector and using her skills to influence and support the culture and future people management strategy of Fasset.
Debbie's HR background has been in the legal environment and financial services where she has worked in both Hampshire and Sussex in progressively responsible generalist HR roles since becoming CIPD qualified in 2000. Debbie also gained an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth in 2006.

Jason Dunham - Commercial Manager
Jason joined Fasset in early 2008 as Commercial Manager having previously worked for several blue chip companies in senior purchasing and commercial positions. Jason is a chartered member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
Jason brings a number of key skills including commercial and project management.

Andy Wiggins - Property Engineering Manager
Andy is the Property Engineering Manager at the 47 acre, 600k ft2 Langstone Technology Park (LTP) www.langtp.com
Andy has spent the last 20 years in the property management industry before which he was 10 years within the petrochemical and power generation construction industry. He has worked for some of the leading property management and technical construction companies at a number of locations within the UK and abroad.
Andy is proud to have been a key member of the property management teams that successfully mobilised, implemented and delivered property management solutions at large and complex locations such as LTP and BP Sunbury. He also has proven technical project management skills delivering many building and services construction projects from inception though to occupation/operation.
Andy’s diverse management and technical experience allow him to understand the needs of complex property locations then to develop, implement and deliver commercial property management solutions. |

Denis Atkinson - Development Manager
Denis has the responsibility for the Development and Expansion of the Fasset properties. Denis draws on his many qualifications and years of experience in the Building Services Engineering industry to ensure that all the Fasset refurbishments and developments are completed on time and within the expectations of our customers.
Denis is responsible for the major Fasset project and development works and plays a key role in ensuring that all aspects of the project are adhered to, including the customers changing requirements at the last minute! Denis’s involvement ranges from ascertaining the customers’ actual requirements, which are often different to their initial or revised scope of works, as well as ascertaining how this can be delivered to meet their budget whilst often working with incredibly short timescales in order that we can provide the service they require. His overall knowledge of Building Services Engineering together with Property Management enables him to liaise at all levels with the wide range of project team members including customers, contractors, third party agencies and government authorities. Whilst certain projects have had extremely tight completion timescales, Denis and his team have never missed a deadline yet, always ensuring that the customers can occupy their new premises on the agreed date!

Geoff Swatridge - Managing Agent
Geoff is the Managing Agent on our Ordnance Survey contract. He has previous experience working with companies such as Xyratex where he worked for 7 years as Product Transfer Manager and Production Manager where he was responsible for the worldwide production for IBM Network Controllers built under contract at Havant.
Geoff has proven business, management and operational acumen. Operationally experienced both in terms of delivery and strategy, he is considered an innovative self-starter.

Richard Berry - Property Services Manager
Richard is responsible for the delivery of facilities services at Hersham Place Technology Park www.hershamplacetechnologypark.com. His team provide day to day services to the companies on site and also work with the individual companies to aid in the professional running of their businesses.
Richard has worked in the FM industry since 1995 in a variety of roles, gaining a wide variety of knowledge in various aspects of the industry focusing on office furniture supply and dealing with customer requirements directly.
After joining the Fasset team in 2002, Richard set up the logistics department who now supply varied services to the multi tenanted site at Langstone Technology Park (LTP) www.langtp.com. Richard is an enthusiastic member of the Fasset team who is always looking to improve the service provided to the customer.
