Fasset was formed in 2005 by a group of directors who possess a profound knowledge of delivering fully serviced commercial property solutions; a true 21st Century company for today’s property and facilities management industries.

In most cases, the client will own a large corporate or multi-tenant site, which they may well feel has inefficient services or facilities and sub-optimal occupancy rates.  Furthermore, there may well be either an abundance of available or wasted space or the desire to expand the facility further if only the opportunity could be financially justified.

Fasset has focussed its prime objective to be that of understanding and supporting the client’s core business.  Working as “property doctors” – Fasset will first work with the client to evaluate all aspects of a site, its strengths and weaknesses.  From this diagnosis, Fasset are able to tailor a solution which will maximise upon a site’s potential without impacting on the client’s time and core business.

Fasset have built considerable experience in creating facilities integrated service solutions that are both flexible and aligned to the strategy and shareholder value of it's customer's core business. Fasset's principle customers include:

Fasset don’t want their clients to make a huge initial commitment. Fasset will create a business plan for the site to maximise long-term enhancement.
