Fasset currently manages locations amounting to over 1.5 milliion sq ft of space. The Fasset model developed from it’s success at Langstone Technology Park by taking a 45% occupied £20m asset and enhancing the value to in excess of £54m with 96% occupancy. Fasset realised this value for its original shareholders by introducing institutional investment whilst retaining management responsibility and control of the park.
 Fasset currently has contracts with several large organisations to manage and progress their long term property and workplace strategies. These include Ordnance Survey, Southern Water and Bookham Technology. Fasset operates Hersham Place Technology Park under a long term management agreement on behalf of the corporate owner Air Products PLC.
